Planning, Designing, and Conducting a Training Program on 13th and 16th May 2024
Two Practice-based sessions have been organized in the area of Learning and Development, with a specific focus on the "Planning, Designing, and Conducting of Training Needs Analysis, Training Programs, AND Evaluation of Training Programs".
The details of the two sessions are as follows
- May 6th - Planning, Designing, and Conducting a Training Needs Assessment.
- May 13th - Planning, Designing, and Conducting a Training Program and Evaluation of a Training Program.
On both days, these sessions are scheduled from 2 pm onwards, in Classroom 306, Level 3.
Both these sessions will be delivered by Ms. R Tiwari.
Brief about Ms. R Tiwari
Ms. Tiwari is a seasoned HR professional with 10 + years of experience and numerous successes in devising effective people strategies, building strong HR systems, fostering high-performance cultures, and establishing and scaling up HR operations to support organizations’ growth. Recognized for reducing employee attrition rates, automating/improving HR processes, and implementing cost and manpower rationalization initiatives. She is a leader with good listening and impressive communication skills, a flair for establishing rapport and engendering trust at all levels, and the ability to prioritize tasks in demanding environments. Talent and people engagement champion with a track record of inspiring, empowering, and enabling teams to deliver sustained value. She has worked in a multitude of roles across many companies such as White Crow Research, KPMG India, Workspan, Factspan, and Automated Technologies. She has completed her MBA in HR & Marketing from DAVV Indore, and the Executive Management Program from IIMB.
